Christmas 2016

Another Christmas and another day in the woods! Anna and Mike are visiting from England. Along with Eva and Monika, we all went for a walk to see Tripod Rock. It is a nice easy walk on a warm day. We are missing Maria (and her boyfriend Blue) who are in Seattle now. They moved there earlier this year and couldn't swing a trip to New Jersey this holiday season.

Anna and Mike were married in August. The whole family made the trip to Kent in England for a great ceremony and an epic outdoor reception. The weather cooperated and everyone had a great time. Here's a bunch more pictures, including a few taken with a new panoramic camera we got this year. It takes video too.

Monika and I continued on to Bavaria in Germany where we spent a week driving around and climbing mountains. We had beautiful weather and saw all the amazing things in Munich and Salzburg, Austria.

Monika continues to work for the State of New Jersey as a Polish language court interpreter, and I continue to work at my own business supporting technology in New Jersey. Anna is working hard at finishing an exhibit on Robots for the London Science Museum. Eva works for The First Agency, in New York helping to plan and coordinate events. Maria is taking additional classes on web design and programming and is working towards a position in Seattle, Washington.

Grandma Darron is doing well, living in Colorado with sister Sue and her family. Grandma Lotko is good as well, alternating between Krakow, Poland and Vienna, Austria where she lives with brother Bogdan and family.

In all, we live a blessed life where we are comfortable with a loving family. When you consider how many people are not so lucky, it is very hard to find anything meaningful to complain about.
