Christmas 2018

The holidays are always busy here. Just as we like it! Anna took a break from the Natural History Museum and she and Mike are visiting from England again. With the whole family here, we are now in the habit of opening presents on Christmas Eve and packing our bags to go off on an adventure!

Eva is still working at First Agency and she also has become a guide for adventure trips in the Adirondacks. She is working with Dave who is the owner of The Llama House in Wevertown, N.Y. which is close to Gore Mountain. So even though there is no snow here in New Jersey, the mountain is plenty snowy so we spent a few days skiing.

Maria is off from work at Intersection so she and her boyfriend Greg went snowboarding and hiking and are off to Rochester for the New Year.

Český Krumlov, Czech Republic

Monika and I are still doing the same stuff, and doing our best to travel as much as we can. We went to to Vienna, Austria to see Monika's brother Bogdan and his family this summer, and then we drove to Krakow, Poland to see Monika's mom and friends. In Krakow we picked up Mike and Anna and drove with them through the Czech Republic to Prague. They spent a few days with us before flying back to England. We then circled back to Vienna to fly home via Dublin, Ireland. You can see all the pictures here.

In September, Monika, Eva, V and I were in Utah together. We drove to a bunch of National Parks, camping along the way. The weather was great and it was fun to see some places we saw before but really love.

Hope you all had equally as good of a year in 2018, and heres to the hope that all of us transcend the insanity of the world around us next year.
